Setup -- Spend a little time and thought now. Get started on the right foot. Anything from QuickBooks Premier to index cards or green sheets.

Tuneup -- Already in business? Things mostly working, but not quite? It never hurts to get a tune up.....

Quickbooks Rescue -- Quickbooks "rescue" -- this service is for people who've been in business for a while, often without a bookkeeper or your Quickbooks never got set up right. Now things are a mess. Not to worry! We can clean it up. Chaos turns to order, worries give way to peace of mind.

Training/Explanation -- You're mostly there, but you spend too much time on a few tasks (bank reconciliation, receivables, bill paying, inventory). You need to streamline your process, but aren't quite sure where. Learn some standard ways to do things. Learn to do it yourself.

Regular Bookkeeping -- Do you stare at the screen, wishing you could go to bed? Maybe it's time to hand this off. You are good at your business -- spend your time doing it. You will get clear explanations and regular reports. Let an expert do this, so you can spend your time profitably in your business.

Organize -- This is a surprisingly economical service. A little filing solves a lot of problems.

Point of Sale (POS) -- Retail Setup, Tune Up, or Rescue. Call for a consultation. There are many simple, economical possibilities.

Management Accounting -- Entering the data is work...now your data has a story to tell you. Analyze unit cost, inventory, process analysis, policies and procedures, cash/asset controls. Turn bookkeeping from a cost to a revenue source -- learn which of your activities are profitable.

Income Tax Preparation -- I can prepare your taxes, or if you have special or complex needs I can help you select the right CPA or enrolled agent.

Network and Systems Setup/Analysis -- There is sometimes a gap between what you want the computer to do, and where the computer people left you. Your applications don't print right, or don't quite work right. I am an expert in financial applications, and spend time with you at your site. Because of this, I can complement what your computer people do well. I pick up where they left off.
