Setup/Tuneup -- Get started on the right foot. Find the right solution for you -- from advanced computer solutions to index cards. Not getting the information you need? It never hurts to get a tune up.....

Rescue -- You've been in business for a while, and now things are a mess. Not to worry! We can clean it up. Chaos turns to order, worries give way to peace of mind.

Training/Explanation -- Do you spend too much time on some tasks (e.g. receivables, bill paying, inventory)? Streamline your process. Discover a better way.

Regular Bookkeeping -- Do you stare at the screen, wishing you could go to bed? Maybe it's time to hand this off. Let an expert do this, so you can spend your time profitably in your business.

Organize -- This is a surprisingly economical service. A little filing solves a lot of problems.

Budget, cash flow, review, projections -- Entering the numbers is useless in itself...now your data has a story to tell you. Analyze profitability, unit cost, inventory, process analysis, policies and procedures, cash/asset controls. Turn bookkeeping from a cost to a revenue source -- confirm which of your activities are wasteful, which profitable. Do you regularly run out of money? Find out whether the issue is profitability or just disorganization. Usually, it's disorganization. An easy fix.

Controls -- Do you actually know money isn't disappearing from the till? Do you know that what you paid for is what your vendors delivered? Do you provide a system where honest employees can demonstrate they did the right thing?

Income Tax -- I can prepare your taxes, or work with your tax preparer. Get ready now! Tax time is too late! Once the year is closed, planning options disappear. And don't wait till spring to find out whether you were profitable. Know month by month, so you can make mid-course corrections.

Network and Systems Setup/Analysis -- There is sometimes a gap between what you want the computer to do, and where the tech people left you. Your applications don't print right, or don't quite work right. I am an expert in financial applications, and spend time with you at your site. Because of this, I can complement what your computer people do well. I pick up where they left off.
